This property is offered as a mid-term furnished rental, making it a great option for guests looking for a comfortable home base for an extended stay.
Application Process
Application fee: $49
Everyone over the age of 18 must submit an application
Application requires two forms of government identification, proof of income, employment verification, and rental history verification
Once approved, a lease will be provided for review and signature
Upon signing the lease, a $500 non-refundable cleaning and administrative fee is due in addition to the first month's rent

CHECK-IN
Check-in instructions will be provided once the property is ready. If the property is keyless, you'll receive the appropriate access information; otherwise, keys will be available for pickup. Check-in will be ready by 3:00 PM at the latest on your arrival day.
