Ground Floor
A beach themed townhome, the ground floor opens into the living room with a comfortable sofa, plus matching love seat, large flatscreen TV, covered fireplace and tiled floors throughout.
The living room flows right into the kitchen.
Fully loaded, the kitchen is complete with all the necessary amenities, cooking utensils and dishware to make a family meal, plus bar seating. There is also an L-shaped booth, table and two chairs for indoor dining.
The expansive outdoor patio entrance is directly off the living room, featuring wrap-around bar seating for eight, a built-in grill and outdoor refrigerator! The patio also has a lounge area with a wicker sofa and matching chair, table and umbrella, plus an outdoor fireplace!
There is also a small back patio located off the dining area.
Finally, there is a half bath located off the entry way.
Second Floor
Both bedrooms are located on the second floor with wood panel flooring, plus a stackable washer and dryer in a closet.
The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, TV, sliding doors leading to a private balcony patio, plus the en-suite master bathroom with tiled flooring, shower with a tub.
The guest bedroom has a twin over queen bunk bed, plus a trundle underneath and TV. There is also an attached private bathroom with a shower and tub.
