THE SPACE
Welcome to this charming three-story coastal home, thoughtfully designed to provide plenty of space for relaxing, gathering, and enjoying your time in Mission Beach.
The first level features the peaceful third bedroom with two comfortable twin beds, tile flooring, a full bathroom, and direct access to the patio and side walkway. Multiple windows fill the room with natural light, while a closet, chest of drawers, and cable TV provide added comfort and convenience.
The second floor serves as the heart of the home. The open living and dining area features a fresh, modern design with plank flooring, a large leather sofa and loveseat, and a large Smart TV — perfect for relaxing together after a day at the beach. An electric fireplace with adjustable LED lighting adds a cozy touch to the space.
The dining area seats four and flows directly into the bright, modern white kitchen. Featuring marble countertops, a new refrigerator and dishwasher, and a full selection of cookware and kitchen essentials, the space is well suited for preparing everything from a quick breakfast before heading to the beach to a special dinner shared with family and friends.
Just off the kitchen and down the hall is the second bedroom, featuring a comfortable double bed, large closet, drawers, ceiling fan, and access to the west stairwell. The second full bathroom is conveniently located directly across the hall.
The third floor offers a serene retreat in the spacious primary suite. Beautiful arched vaulted ceilings create an airy, relaxing atmosphere, while the king-size bed, television, lounge chair, and ceiling fan provide everything you need to unwind.
Step outside onto the attached north-facing balcony patio and enjoy beautiful bay views to the right, along with slight ocean views to the left. The primary bathroom features tile flooring, a jacuzzi tub, and a separate shower, creating a relaxing space to start or end your day. The primary suite also includes its own private balcony patio for enjoying the refreshing coastal air.

One of the home's greatest features is its incredible location. Just two properties from the bay boardwalk, you're close enough to easily step outside and enjoy a morning walk, bike ride, or sunset stroll along the water.
The Pacific Ocean is also nearby, along with an abundance of cafés, restaurants, shops, and entertainment. Whether you're looking to spend your entire vacation at the beach or explore more of San Diego, this home provides an excellent coastal home base.
