This second floor condo has a private balcony with a BBQ and amazing bay views from the living room and patio. Enjoy dinner, watching a movie, or relaxing on the balcony, all with a view of the bay.
Enjoy cooking in in the spacious kitchen accompanied by breakfast nook. The kitchen is fully loaded with all the pots, pans, cutlery, dishes, glasses, ect. needed to cook and serve a family meal. Additionally, there is a dishwasher in the kitchen.
Both the living room and bedroom have Mitsubishi mini-split air conditioning units and large flat screen TV's with cable. The bedroom has a ceiling fan, newly remodeled en-suite bathroom, and comfortable Queen Bed with luxury linens. There is a washer and dryer located inside a small closet in the bedroom.
Finally, there is one assigned parking spot for this property. It will not fit oversized vehicles, but is large enough to fit regular sized trucks and SUVs.
This property DOES have air conditioning.
• All our properties come with a starter kit of one roll of paper towels, dish and hand soap, scrub brush, two trash bags, two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, bath soap. Anything needed beyond this is the responsibility of the guest.
Parking: 1 Outside Space. Maximum 2 people, non-smoking During the summer months we have a firm 7 night minimum policy with arrivals and departures taking place on Saturdays.
