MONTHLY RENTAL INFORMATION
This property is available as a monthly rental and requires an application and approval process.
• Application Fee: $49
• Everyone 18 years and older must submit an application
• Two forms of government-issued identification are required
• Proof of income and employment verification are required
• Rental history verification is required
• Once approved, a lease will be provided for review and signature
• A $500 non-refundable cleaning and administrative fee is due upon signing the lease, in addition to the first month's rent

CHECK-IN
Check-in instructions will be provided once the property is ready. If the property is keyless, access information will be sent electronically; otherwise, you'll be invited to pick up the keys. The property will be ready for check-in when available or by 3:00 PM on your arrival day at the latest.
