My family rented Decked Out I and Decked Out II twice in five years. We just finished our second vacation there and both were wonderful experiences. The houses were clean and well maintained with minor wear and tear that most rentals come with. The service of the staff is great. They allowed us to check in early and also allowed me to check in for the reservation under my aunt’s name. Overall they are an easy going down to earth group of people. The clean up process was easy, they cover everything, only asking us to gather towels and run the dish washer. They are not nit picky the way some places can be. It was nice to just leave the place after several nights. We are excited to return again in a few years and we will most likely get this place or another Penny Realty place.

Are there any special minimum stay requirements for booking rentals?
Minimum stay requirements can vary for properties in our new collection, just like with our other rentals. Some may have a 2- or 3-night minimum during off-peak seasons, while popular peak times or holidays might require longer stays. The specific duration will be clearly noted on each property's page.

Are the 'New to the Collection' properties typically just renovated, or are some entirely new constructions?
The 'New to the Collection' can include both! Some properties are newly constructed and entering the rental market for the first time, while others are existing homes that have undergone extensive, top-to-bottom renovations. In both cases, you can expect modern designs, updated features, and a fresh, inviting atmosphere.
