Regina took excellent care of us, like we were guests in her home! BTW...Lazy Eye coffee is 100 yards north on Mission Blvd on the beach side and so, so worth the visit to get some delicious coffee. How many people can your vacation rentals here usually sleep?

The sleeping capacity really depends on the size of the rental. Our condos might sleep 2-4 guests, while a larger house could easily accommodate 8, 10, or even more, with multiple bedrooms, sofa sleepers, and sometimes extra bunk rooms. Just check the specific listing for the exact number of beds and occupancy.
Is parking typically included with the rentals, and do we even need a car here?

Parking details vary, but many rentals do offer designated parking, like a garage or a private spot, which is super convenient. While having a car gives you flexibility, La Jolla's main Village is very walkable. You can also use rideshares or the local public transit to get around, especially for getting to beaches or attractions slightly further out.
