We are excited to offer 100% FREE Beach Equipment Rentals and Baby Supplies exclusively to our guests. Ride a big wave or just relax in a beach chair under the shade of an umbrella. A stroller makes your trip down the Ocean Front Walk more enjoyable for everyone. Our loaner program has equipment to assist in your vacation needs!
The Loaner process is easy and Free to our Guests
- Just contact one of our qualified vacation agents in advance of your arrival to ensure availability:
- Call us at 858-272-3900
- Send us an email via [email protected] with the dates of your stay including the list of what you need
- Specify what you need and which days you want them.
- Baby Supplies may be reserved for the length of you stay:
- Strollers, porta-cribs, and high chairs.
- Beach equipment is loaned on a single day basis to enhance the vacationing experience for as many people as possible:
- Beach toys, beach chairs, umbrellas, and boogie boards

The Penny Realty Business Center is Available to Our Customers
Even when vacationing, we recognize it may be difficult to completely escape your busy day-to-day schedule. Thanks to our Business Center, you can keep updated. The Business Center is located in the Penny Realty office which is located only minutes from your beach vacation rental. Come in during office hours to access free high-speed internet, send/receive faxes, make a business call, or just get some work done! We understand the peace of mind knowing you can finish the details and get back to your vacation!
