There are many must-see and must-do activities and attractions to add to your SoCal vacation itinerary, especially when you have more than a few days or even a couple weeks to take it all in. Enjoy the beach and all of its alluring activities. Go for a swim in the Pacific, snorkel, book a SCUBA adventure, or sunbathe. Stay on land and take a walk on the beach or pack a picnic. Learn to surf or cast a line on a fishing adventure. Ride the Giant Dipper Roller Coaster or wander the Mission Beach Boardwalk. You’ll also want to take in some history with a trip to the USS Midway Museum or stop in at the Old Point Loma Lighthouse.

If your adventure takes you to La Jolla, there are beaches to explore there, too. Explore the La Jolla Caves to add some mystery to your trip.
