Welcome to Fay Escape, a beautifully designed 6-bedroom, 5-bathroom, single-level home in the heart of La Jolla Village. Sleeping up to 14 guests, this spacious Mediterranean-style retreat combines elegant coastal style, comfortable gathering spaces, and an unbeatable location just minutes from the Pacific Ocean.
THE HOME
From the moment you arrive, Fay Escape makes an impression with its white stucco Mediterranean exterior, arched windows, columned entry, and beautiful stained-glass front door.
Inside, the bright and open layout creates an inviting space for families and groups to relax and spend time together. The kitchen, dining, and living areas flow seamlessly into one large gathering space.

The dining area comfortably accommodates the entire group, making it easy to gather for meals, games, movie nights, or conversation.
BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
With 6 bedrooms and 5 full bathrooms, Fay Escape comfortably sleeps up to 14 guests, offering plenty of space and privacy for larger groups.
The primary suite features a king bed, ceiling fan, coastal décor, and a private en-suite bathroom with a walk-in tile shower and double-sink vanity.
The additional bedrooms offer a combination of king, queen, twin, and bunk-bed configurations, making the home ideal for couples, families, and groups traveling together.
All five bathrooms feature modern finishes, walk-in tile showers, glass enclosures, and beautiful tile work.
OUTDOOR LIVING
The private patio is one of the home's favorite gathering spaces. Relax on the wraparound blue sectional, gather around the modern concrete fire pit, or fire up the stainless-steel BBQ for an outdoor dinner.
The outdoor dining table with umbrella is perfect for morning coffee, family meals, or enjoying the beautiful sunset views over the La Jolla rooftops.
