Description
Located two blocks from the beach, and the famous Tourmaline Surf Park, one of the best breaks in Mission and Pacific Beach; this single story, ground-floor home is in a quiet residential neighborhood and offers plenty of space for a family vacation!
Dining and Living Room
The entray way, and front yard, lead directly into the livingroom and dining room combination. There is a queen-sized sofa bed, coffee table, large television, dining table for five, plus bar seating at the kitchen counter. While the property does not have air coniditioning, there is a ceiling fan most each rooms, including this area.
The kitchen has all the pots, pans and utensiles required to cook a family meal. In addition, the kitchen also leads out to the fenced in, private, back patio with outdoor seating, gas grill, and small yard.
Bedrooms
The guest bedroom is located in the initial hall way. home to a queen bed, small closet, dresser, end tables, ceiling fan, and TV.
The master bedroom is down the hall, past the bathroom. Inside are a queen bed, dresser, closet and ceiling fan.
Finally, the kids room is attached to the master bedroom, perfect for keeping an eye on the little ones, but also with a door to partition the two rooms for privacy. There is a small step down into the third bedroom, which has a single bed, plus a trundle, dresser and TV.
Back Patio
Mentioned previously, the back patio is private and enclosed with a wooden fence. There is plenty of outdoor seating, an outdoor dining table, all under a wooden pergola. There are some beach items, plus the gas grill and laundry room. Finally, there is a small grassy area for the kids to play.
