Toulon Tides is a beautiful remodeled home in North Mission Beach, two properties off the bay boardwalk. Perfect for a family vacation with friends, plus has stunning views of the bay from the front patio and balcony, in addition to slight ocean views from the third floor balcony patio.
Ground Floor
A large patio right off the courtyard, leads directly to the ground-floor bedroom, home to two twin beds and two fold out mattress pads in the closet and tile throughout. The bedroom has a lock on the hall door for privacy, patio and side walkway access, closet, chest of drawers, cable TV, multiple windows and an attached full bath.
Second Floor
The entryway stairs lead directly into the open living and dining room area. Highlighted by a fresh, modern design, this floor has plank flooring, a large leather sofa and accompanied love seat, large smart TV, electric fireplace with adjustable LED lighting. The dining area has a table which seats four and also leads into the kitchen and four-person bar.
A white modern kitchen with marble counters, plus new refrigerator and dishwasher are featured. It also contains every needed to cook a multi-family meal or to host a holiday/birthday/anniversary dinner.
Just off the kitchen and down the hall is the second bedroom, featuring a double bed, large closet, drawers, ceiling fan and a door which leads to the west stairwell that runs from the ground floor to the third floor balcony patio.
Directly across the hall is the second full bath.
Third Floor
Lastly, the third floor if accented by beautiful arched vaulted ceilings, a king bed, television, lounge chair, ceiling fan and an attached balcony patio which faces north and has bay views to the right and slight ocean views to the left.
Additionally, the attached master bathroom has tile flooring, jacuzzi tub, shower, plus its own balcony patio as well.
Parking
This home has a two-car tandem carport on the east side, accessible from the alley. It is large enough to fit a compact car, plus a truck or SUV.
There is also an attached garage, which is only for storage for items like bikes, boogie boards, surf boards, ect. and is the location of the washer and dryer.

- Located in quiet section of Mission Beach. This community has strict quiet hours from 10 PM - 8 AM. Breaking this ordnance will not be tolerated.
- Neighboring properties are extremely close together.
- Absolutely no parties.
- Pets not allowed at any time. No exceptions.
- This property DOES NOT have air conditioning.
