Our flight was delayed by 12 hours, so Penny Realty had no problem allowing anoth memeber of our party to check in in my behalf. The ENTIRE rental process was simple.

This property was PERFECT. We had a great time during our 4 night stay and I certainly hope to rent this property once agin in the near future.

The house was great! Very clean, fantastic location and accommodated my group perfectly. I overlooked the fact that there was no AC, so it was a little warm, but that was my fault.

I absolutely adore the place. With a few exceptions it is perfect. The location is great, walkable to everywhere in town. Having the beach right outside the door is wonderful. Of course my dog, Honey, enjoys the close proximity to the dog beach.

Jeff was awesome from the Very first phone call I made from New York! He was incredibly helpful With the two different problems that we had During vacation. The receptionist was awesome as well. She gave us some great ideas of what to do while we were in the area.I definitely will work through Penny Realty again.

Decked Out was a beautiful piece of property! It was spacious, and the part of Mission Beach that the house is located on his tranquil and Beautiful. The inside of the house is gorgeous, a little bit of TLC needs to be put into the property. Our stay was incredible and we are very pleased we chose this residence.

Always available and willing to make any and all adjustments when needed. Very happy with the members I worked with. Jeff was always willing to help with our needs.

The beachouse is beautiful, close to stores, the beach and amusement parks. It is a clean, beautifully decorated and has all amenities you could possibly need. My family and I had a great time and I would recommend it to everyone. Thank you for the wonderful family vacation. I will be making this my annual family vacation.

Very welcoming and hospitable upon pickup of packet/keys. Very prompt to respond upon booking months prior to our stay. Bree and Jeff were wonderful to work with!

Property was just as described. Exceptionally clean and stocked to provide a comfortable stay. Kitchen had all needed pots and pans and dishes for our use. We enjoyed grilling out one night as well. Nice to have full size washer and dryer in home. Four BR and 3 full baths were very accommodating for our family of 10. Had a wonderful stay.

We have been renting through Penny Realty for over 15 years. I have always been treated with the utmost respect from all staff members I have dealt with at any time. They are friendly and handle everything professionally.

We love Wavebreak because of it's proximity to the beach.

Everything was perfect! The master bedroom and bath were very spacious. Ive stayed in many San Diego rentals and this one rates a 9.5 (10 if it would of had A/C).

Penny Realty was super easy to communicate with. The check in process was seamless.

I thought the property was perfect. I felt safe. I loved that there was a washer and dryer in the garage. Although we didn't use the patio, we opened that screen to let the breeze in. I was so happy the kitchen was stocked with dishes and cleaning supplies. We tried to keep everything very tidy with 3 kids.

Brad was great, whenever he had a problem he was on it..

I have stayed at Sea Strong for several years. The location is excellent. The accommodations are very good even though the property is older. I prefer this house over others I have stayed in.

After getting almost ripped off by VRBO, I decided to try a local realty company. Penny Realty was wonderful. Jeff was the BEST!! He was responsive, called back and answered all our questions. The front desk girls were very sweet. The office is wonderful.

The condo is fabulous. There are three bedrooms, all on different levels with their own bath. The layout was perfect for 3 couples and the kids slept on the pull out couch in the living room. The kitchen is beautiful, brand new ss appliances,and stocked with everything you need. There is a brand new grill out the kitchen patio. We were very comfortable. There is an extra refrigerator out in the garage, but cannot be used if you have two cars. The garage is very tight, like most garages in Mission Beach. We had a RAV 4(2012) and a Camry. We walked to Sara's Mexican Food (the best) daily and visited a bar 2 doors down and it was wonderful, to just walk home. Overall, it was a wonderful rental and can't say enough about Penny Realty. Loved them and will rent from them again. Jeff was the best!!!
