Check-in time is between 3-5 PM on the day of your arrival at our office, located at 4444 Mission Blvd.
During check in, you will be required to sign our arrival documents, provide a valid drivers license or passport of the person listed on the rental agreement, and will be required to submit a credit card for the security hold.
Should you not be able to make it to our office before 5 PM, please call us at 866-522-4116 to schedule a lock box.
If your arrival date is on Sunday or if our office is closed due to a holiday, your lock-box instructions will be emailed to you the week of your arrival. If you have not received your lock box instructions email the day before your arrival, please call our office.
All lock-box arrivals are required to stop by our office the next business day in order to complete the check-in process and pick up the remaining keys, garage remote and property information.
Finally, if you would like to reserve beach chairs, small umbrellas, boogie boards, pack-n-plays, or a high chair, contact us. These will be loaned out on a first come, first-serve basis and must be signed out in our office.
